Our adolescent clients at Life Anchors typically fall between the ages of 12-17. Adolescent clients deserve freedom to help develop their treatment plan by aiding in selecting appropriate treatment modalities. Since every adolescent is unique, a variety of effective ways to communicate in the therapy setting include sand therapy, art therapy, therapy games, and traditional talk based therapy.

Children, adolescents, and young adults requiring mental health treatment demand specialized treatment plans that are not the same as mature adults. Our therapist Allie will develop customized treatment plans for young adults or your children and teens that will address each one personally. Plans may also be developed with parents in mind so that each parent can take a primary role in making sure success is reached.
Sadly, bullying among children and teens is a serious problem in today’s world. At Life Anchors we support a Zero Tolerance Policy for bullying and if your child is experiencing or is suffering from the effects of bullying our bullying prevention program can help your child overcome these obstacles.

Life Anchors will always give your “Meet the Therapist” 30 Minute Phone or Office Session Free of Charge. Our 50-55 minute therapy sessions range from $75-$115. All 90 minute specialized EMDR sessions are $145. We currently accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash or check.
